Check for damaged parts
Do not use the welder with damaged parts, before further use a damaged welder must be carefully checked by a qualified person to determine that it will operate properly. Check for breakage of parts, mountings and other conditions that may affect its operation. An authorised service centre should properly repair a damaged part. Have your welder repaired by an expert

It is strongly recommended that genuine replacement cables be used. These are available from the helpline.
Storing the Welder
When not in use the welder should be stored in the dry, out of reach of children and in a frost-free environment.
Ensure the items are disconnected from the electrical supply and cannot operate accidentally when, servicing or cleaning.
The machine does not require any special maintenance; however the user must be aware of the following:
• Regularly clean the ventilation slots.
• Keep the casing clean.
• Check all cables before use.
• Check electrode holders and earth clamps before use.
• Replace worn electrode holders and earth clamps, which do not provide a good connection
