You may use several different configurations on the battery which enables this aircraft to perform differently.
Aerobatic configuration 8cell 9.6V 1000mA Ni-MH
This configuration allows the model to perform many aerobatic maneuvers with ease for its light weight. Fly minded is the best description for its response to your control. It can be the first low wing aircraft for an intermediate player.
Glow engine performance 10cell 9.6V 1000mA Ni-MH
You will feel the fast and sharp response when you adapt this 12V battery. Its flying is just like a glow engine models. Just get yourself a 12V battery to feel this power.
Ultimate performance 11.1V Li-Po 1700mA-2000mA
You need to find a Li-Po that is capable to discharge 10A continuously. The light weight battery with high power output will enable this PC-9 to perform unlimited vertical, fast, sharp and unbelievable response and maneuvers. You have to fly it to understand we mean. It is very important to put your attention on adjusting the CG location and control throw setting (see page 13.) before your first flight!
