This IP device is a cutting-edge digital video transmission device. The “Digital Time Code Embedded” function is to embed the recording time in the MPEG bit stream. Therefore, each image frame has its respective time when it was recorded. It is very useful when users want to find the video at an exact time or between a certain time intervals.

DDNS Supported
This IP device supports DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Server), users can set this IP device at a virtual domain name (such as cam1.Taipei.xxx) at dynamic IP. Everyone can use the virtual domain name to view the video anywhere that has the access to the internet.

Build-in Hardware Motion Detection
No more external motion sensors are required. Each IP device can be set up to 3 detection areas. By tuning the object size and sensitivity, it is very reliable to fit into your environment. Besides, hardware motion detection delivers better sensitivity and responds faster than software motion detection.

Quick Start Guide Battery-chamber cover latch Digital Camera 2 Slide the battery-chamber cover latch toward the mark and open the battery-chamber cover (1). Unwanted pictures can be deleted instantly to make room for more photographs on the memory card. Once inside the camera, this foreign matter may adhere to the CCD, where it may appear in photographs taken under certain conditions. To prevent foreign matter from entering the camera, do not exchange lenses in dusty environments. To protect the camera when no lens is in place, be sure to replace the body cap provided with the camera, being careful to first remove all dust and other foreign matter that may be adhering to the body cap. Should foreign matter find its way onto the CCD, clean the CCD as instructed in the camera manual or have the CCD cleaned by authorized Nikon service personnel.

i3 Navigator/Sea Ray Navigator
Except where noted, the instructions in this guide apply to both i3 Navigator and Sea Ray Navigator. The generic term “Navigation computer” is used throughout this document in place of these two product names.

The network camera option consists of one or more cameras connected to the Navigation computer’s display. The camera(s) can be controlled and viewed from both the primary and auxiliary Navigation computers (if applicable). Note: In some cases, cameras may have already been mounted and wired to the Navigation computer at the factory. If this is the case, the camera(s) still need to be configured to work with the Navigation computer. If cameras are already mounted on the vessel but are not yet working with the Navigation computer.

Voice Activated Camera Positioning User Guide

Through voice activation and the use of two or three microphones, the camera will automatically view the speaker. Unique within the industry is the ability to accommodate more than one participant speaking at the same time by combining camera presets. In this case, the camera automatically pans out, delivering a group view. This improves conversation flow, as participants do not have to make camera adjustments during the video conference.

The Voice Activated Camera Positioning has three modes:
SLOW: The system waits a while before zooming in on a single person speaking. Suitable when wide-angle images are preferred over close-up images.
NORM: Should be used in regular meetings.
FAST: The system quickly zooms in on a single person speaking. Suitable when close-ups are preferred over wide-angle images.

Setup
Before using the voice activated camera positioning you need to install additional microphones and then set up a preset for each of them.

Program the presets by pointing the MainCam towards the position where microphone 1 is and store that position in preset 7. Do the same for microphone 2 and store that position in preset 8. If you have a Vision 5000 and are using 3 microphones then you must also point the MainCam towards the position where microphone 3 is and store that position in preset 9.

Handy Recorder Zoom H4 Operation Manual

The H4 has two main operation modes, namely “stereo mode” and “4-track mode”. You select ne of these modes when using the unit. In stereo mode, two signals either from the built- in stereo mic or from the [INPUT 1]/[INPUT 2] jacks are used as recording sources to create a stereo file on the SD card. This is great for making full-fledged recordings in the field or to capture the performance of a band in one go. It also allows the H4 to be used as voice recorder that’s ready at a moment’s notice. You can select either WAV or MP3 as recordingformat, and you can change the sampling rate and bit rate as required.

The recorded stereo files are saved in a dedicated folder (hierarchical unit)for the stereo mode. These files can be sent to a computer via the USB port, for burning onto CD- R/RW discs or for processing with DAW software. In 4-track mode, the H4 functions as a multi-track recorder. This mode allows simultaneous recording of 2 tracks and simultaneous playback of 4 tracks. This lets you do things such as reating a backing of drum machine and bass and then produce a guitar or vocal overlay in the studio.
