ADVISORY MESSAGES
To turn on a message that internal callers can read when they call your phone, press #411 followed by:
0 – Out to Lunch
1 – In a Meeting
2 – Call _____ (Enter Extension)
3 – Back at _____ (Enter Time (hh:mm)
4 – Return on _______ (Enter Date (MM DD)
Turn off the message, press #412
AUTO BUSY REDIAL (ABR)
After reaching a busy external number, you can press the ABR softkey to tell your phone to redial the number 5 times, waiting 60 seconds between tries. If you use your phone in the meantime, it will cause the feature to timeout until your phone becomes available again. If the call can be made, your phone will ring you back. When you answer it, the call will then be completed.
