Short Form Software and Firmware Installation Instructions

Short Form Software and Firmware Installation Instructions

There are two software elements that constitute your FlightScope operating system. The first is the Firmware, which is the program that resides in your FlightScope Sensor, and does the actual measurements and makes the results available to your computer.

The second is the FlightScope Software. It is installed in your computer, and receives the results from the FlightScope Sensor. It displays these results on your screen in the various formats that enable you to use them. Both these two elements need to be correctly installed and operational for the system to work.

The Firmware comes pre-installed in your Sensor. It is updated by EDH as required. New versions are made available on the EDH website. The FlightScope website has links to the latest releases.
